About the role
To plan, organize and control production of “Metal Recovery Plant in Steel Industry Slag, Slag Evacuation from Furnace Pits, Slag Transportation and Scrap processing” in a Steel Manufacturing Industry, to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard. Operations manager will lead the site operations team.
What you'll do
- Ensure implementation and adherence to Harsco’s health and safety procedures
- Set training schedules and train the operators and shift in-charges in systems and operations
- Monitor quality standards of products
- Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
- Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
