About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Inside Sales organization. In this role, you will support revenue growth efforts across multiple lines of business, including regulated waste, vacuum services, containerized waste, environmental remediation, sustainability solutions, and more.
What you'll do
- Proactively engage new and inactive accounts via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Identify customer needs and pain points and assess fit across multiple service lines
- Reintroduce and educate prospects on service offerings tailored to their industry and location
- Qualify sales meetings for Field Sales Specialists
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and customer insights in CRM (Salesforce)
