Associate Sales Support at Epyc. Act as the interim sales representative for inactive territories (up to 3 at a time).
What you'll do
- Act as the interim sales representative for inactive territories (up to 3 at a time)
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer needs and support
- Review and progress open opportunities, collaborating with DSMs and branch teams
- Provide account administration support (invoices, PO changes, credits, service orders)
- Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow account value
