What you'll do
- Responsible for supporting initial monitoring, basic triage, and coordination activities for business-critical applications built on .NET, C#, Angular
- Assist with initial triage and basic troubleshooting for application, website, and backend service incidents under supervision
- Monitor application health, alerts, dashboards, and routine system notifications using available monitoring tools
- Help analyze issues related to .NET applications, APIs, database layers, and Angular frontends with guidance from senior team members
- Execute basic SQL SELECT queries for data validation and issue verification
