Salesforce Administrator

About the role

As a Salesforce Administrator your role is to support the maintenance and customisation of Equifax's customer and consumer service platforms within Europe. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for supporting the business users and helping maintain high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, challenging environment supporting the client and consumer interfaces within Equifax’s Salesforce platform.

What you'll do

• Assist with the configuration and maintenance of the Salesforce environment, including Flow automation, custom objects, and security settings
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Service) to identify pain points and translate them into technical requirements
• Design, build, optimise and debug Flows, orchestrations and automation frameworks
• Oversee data migration, cleansing, and deduplication efforts. Support high standards for data quality and system documentation
