About the role
As a Salesforce Technical Lead, your role is central to driving the technical architecture, solution design, and technical governance of Equifax's customer service platform within the UK and Spain, providing architectural recommendations, standard setting, and technical mentorship to team members.
What you'll do
- Lead technical and administrative execution across the entire Salesforce software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
- Supporting the business with technical data architecture and housekeeping to ensure strict GDPR compliance
- Working closely with the Salesforce delivery leads, project managers, enterprise architects, product managers, and developers to design high-quality
- Work directly with client lead developers, technical architects, and testers to assist in client on-boarding, API integration, and enterprise architecture strategies
- Work directly with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyse project objectives and requirements and advise of Salesforce architectural best practices
