About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing contract negotiations and administration for large-scale capital projects, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation across all stages of EPC contracts. If selected, the work location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia.
What you'll do
- Draft, negotiate, and manage EPC contracts and subcontracts for capital projects
- Ensure contract compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies related to contract terms
- Collaborate with project, legal, finance, and procurement teams to facilitate contract execution
