Project Planning Lead - EPC

About the role

Located in Saudi Arabia, you will be at the forefront of managing project planning and scheduling activities, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery of some of the largest and most complex projects in the oil and gas sector. The work location would be in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules for Aramco EPC projects, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deliverables
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to gather relevant information and incorporate it into scheduling processes
• Utilize advanced scheduling software tools, such as Primavera P6, to create, analyze, and update project timelines thoroughly
• Identify potential scheduling issues and risks, proactively developing mitigation strategies to ensure timely project completion
• Conduct regular schedule progress reviews and provide detailed reports to stakeholders and senior management
