About the role
The Rigless Drilling Operations Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating rigless drilling, well completion, and workover activities at onshore and offshore well sites. The role ensures safe, efficient, and timely execution of well programs in accordance with approved procedures, industry standards, and Saudi Aramco requirements.
What you'll do
- Supervise rigless drilling, well completion, and workover operations at remote onshore and offshore well locations
- Ensure all operations are performed safely and in accordance with approved well programs, SOPs, industry best practices, and HSE standards
- Coordinate contractors, well services, equipment, materials, logistics, transportation, and site support required for operations
- Ensure compliance with Blowout Prevention (BOP) standards, equipment testing requirements, and emergency response procedures
- Monitor operational progress, materials, equipment, service-company activities, and associated costs; maintain accurate daily reports
