About the role
The Systems & Digital Operations Specialist is responsible for the effective day-to-day administration, reliability, and continuity of TKS digital systems, user devices, and classroom technology that support teaching, learning, admissions, communications, and school operations. The role also provides operational support to the Operations team, contributing to school-wide readiness, coordination, and delivery.
What you'll do
- Administer and support core school systems including PowerSchool , Toddle, and Google Workspace for Education
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in line with school policies and data protection standards
- Monitor system availability and ensure timely escalation of technical issues
- Support setup, configuration, and maintenance of devices (iPads, laptops, and peripherals)
- Maintain device inventory, lifecycle management, and coordinate repairs or replacements with vendors
