About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Operations team as an Executive-Last Mile. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating and executing last-mile deliveries, working closely with our 3PL partners and internal teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing delivery timelines, resolving exceptions, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Play a crucial part in coordinating and executing last-mile deliveries, working closely with our 3PL partners and internal teams
- Coordinate daily last-mile dispatches with 3PL partners and internal fleet teams, ensuring efficient collaboration
- Monitor real-time delivery tracking and promptly address any delivery exceptions or escalations
- Support route planning and provide practical suggestions for improvements based on on-ground insights
- Ensure timely pickups and deliveries, adhering to defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
