About the role
The Estée Lauder Companies | Supply Chain & Logistics We are looking for an experienced Distribution Center Operations Lead to oversee our end-to-end DC operations in India, bringing together people, processes and logistics partners to deliver safe, accurate and efficient operations.
What you'll do
- Lead daily DC operations: Oversee inbound receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring orders meet agreed timelines and operating standards
- Drive 3PL performance: Work closely with our third-party logistics partner to plan workloads, manage priorities, coach teams and strengthen accountability
- Maintain inventory accuracy: Lead stock reconciliation, cycle counts and physical inventory checks, ensuring alignment between warehouse stock and SAP/WMS records
- Oversee value-added services: Manage customisation, kitting, influencer seeding and digital printing activities in line with business requirements
- Improve operational performance: Identify opportunities to simplify processes, optimise space and equipment, reduce costs and increase productivity
