About the role
Distribution Center Logistics Executive- Inventory The Estée Lauder Companies is looking for a Distribution Center Logistics Executive- Inventory to keep inventory accurate and customer orders moving across our India operations. You will work closely with our third-party logistics (3PL) partner to reconcile physical stock with system records, investigate discrepancies and ensure orders move from picking through dispatch on time.
What you'll do
- Oversee cycle counts, physical stock checks, annual stocktakes and customs reconciliation
- Reconcile physical inventory against SAP and warehouse management system (WMS) records, and maintain documentation for internal audits
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Identify the root causes of inbound and outbound stock variances, coordinate corrections for transfers, adjustments and customer returns
- Oversee daily 3PL operations
