What you'll do
- Receive, trim, and process tissue samples from study animals
- Perform tissue embedding, microtomy (sectioning), and slide preparation
- Conduct routine and special staining procedures (e.g., H&E staining)
- Maintain histology equipment such as tissue processors, microtomes, and staining instruments
- Ensure high-quality tissue sections for microscopic evaluation
