About the role
The Program is looking for an additional Program Management Office Member (PMO Member) in Eurofins IT Solutions to provide governance, improve the existing Software Engineering Practices, drive implementation of our internal processes, and support project teams within the program.
What you'll do
- Assist in the preparation and upkeeping of project documentation (processes/ guidelines/ checklists/ templates/ etc), reports
- Drive implementation of processes and other defined IT processes within the program
- Engage with, coach, train, guide and mentor project teams to successfully adopt these IT processes
- Support project teams to conduct root cause analysis, identify the root causes impacting program delivery, propose improvements, take relevant improvement actions
- Coordinate and manage scheduling of meetings, agenda preparation, and minutes-taking for PMO-related sessions
