About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Documentation Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly e-learnings and documentation.
What you'll do
- Conversion of over 600 e-learning courses to Articulate 360 Storyline or Rise courses
- Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, installation guides, and release notes
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand documentation requirements
- Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for various audiences
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and adheres to company standards and guidelines
