About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Documentation Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation and utilization of learning technologies to facilitate training and education initiatives for internal teams and end-users.
What you'll do
- Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, installation guides, and release notes
- Collaborate with business analysts, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand documentation requirements
- Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for various audiences
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and adheres to company standards and guidelines
- Continuously update and improve existing documentation based on user feedback and product changes
