About the role
We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Integration Engineer to lead the design, integration, and validation of high-voltage electrical systems across Exponent’s EV energy products. This role sits at the intersection of electrical design, power electronics, firmware integration, and electro-mechanical systems, with ownership from concept to production.
What you'll do
- Electrical Design & Safety
- Design and coordinate multi-stage electrical protection schemes for HV and LV
- Size and select protection devices, switchgears, and cables
- Own insulation coordination, including creepage and clearance definitions
- Design earthing and grounding architectures for HV systems
