Module lead - (Technical Product Development)

About the role

All product development at Exponent is delivered by cross-functional teams : internally referred to as squads. Each squad owns a target in cost, quality and timeline, and is led by a Module Lead. The Module Lead is the single point of product ownership at the squad. You own the outcome.

What you'll do

• Own product development end-to-end : lead a cross-functional team to design, validate and manufacture
• Define the problem statements and why it matters, prioritise which ones get solved first, then set the angle of attack towards resolution : design, process
• Ensure the right people are on the problem and the angle of attack picks the owner
• Drive design and gate reviews, and set the validation that proves the product performs for the customer
• Make the customer outcome the northstar. Every trade-off comes back to what the driver, OEM or passenger experiences: uptime, cost per km, range, charge time
