What you'll do
- Building the entire process flow and systems for the heavy commercial vehicles (Bus)
- Manage end-to-end service operations including uptime, service and AMC TAT
- Develop service support and network in the defined routes / regions
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer experience
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of service issues to meet customer satisfaction and organizational standards
