- A Service Planning Manager oversees service operations, capacity forecasting, resource allocation
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, finance, engineering, and field operations to build volume forecasts and consensus plans
- Process Optimization: Analyze service gaps, track root causes of delays, and implement workflow or continuous improvement initiatives
