We are seeking an experienced and visionary Manager of Software Engineering to lead our Cloud Networking team. In this role, you will drive the development of cutting-edge cloud networking solutions on Extreme's platform, overseeing technical teams while ensuring the delivery of innovative features that meet customer needs and industry standards.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage one or more teams of experienced development engineers
- Plan deliverables for product releases and drive execution
- Conduct comprehensive reviews throughout the development and test lifecycle to ensure quality standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (PLM, PM, QA, peer teams) to achieve key objectives
- Foster innovation and implement new ideas during the development and testing process
