- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions; automate repetitive tasks through scripting (PowerShell)
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot proactively; collect and analyze performance metrics using DataDog
- Maintain internal documentation and knowledge bases; validate MSP activities and ensure compliance with change management protocols
