About the role
We are seeking dynamic, creative and resourceful Upstream Revenue Accounting Analyst to support a portfolio of non-SAP Revenue applications. The ideal candidate will need to be able to interface with IT teams and business users in multiple regions Job location is based out of Bangalore, Karnataka
What you'll do
- Manage incidents, problem or work requests including configuration changes, minor enhancements, resolution of break-in fix issues, problem solving and troubleshooting
- Coordinate efforts with other IT support teams (SAP, Non-SAP, other applications)
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Set up configuration, implement changes, perform unit/integration testing
- Work with business users and external partners
