- Understand developmental, operational, fiscal, and Corporate strategic levers to explore and test pathways to commerciality and profitability
- Identify, characterize, and communicate the opportunity’s critical value drivers, risks and uncertainties
- Define, acquire, and analyze information needed to reduce uncertainties sufficiently to establish the business case
- Develop, maintain, and use economic models and their results to support business decisions
