- Provide troubleshooting and reliability improvements for upstream, midstream and downstream business units manufacturing facilities to maintain safety, availability
- Develop and execute instrument surveillance programs
- Collect data using computer maintenance management systems (CMMS) or other available data sources
- Analyze maintenance records to determine instrument failure rates, availability / reliability calculations, bad actor / failure modes identification
- Integrate maintenance and process data into holistic understanding of instrument/process control performance
