About the role
This opportunity is in the global operations teams of EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) which is rapidly growing. As our efforts towards building a better working world, GDS operations need to create an evolving framework of CRM Operational excellence framework control in all processes, decision making and activities for GDS operations to enable our business teams across locations.
What you'll do
- Take on a more advanced role in supporting the risk management department
- Also mentor junior team members and provide more in-depth analysis and reporting
- Manage more complex aspects of risk management tools, including advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Lead the implementation of new features or updates in risk management systems, including coordinating with IT and other relevant teams
- Ensure data integrity within risk management tools, performing regular audits and making necessary corrections
