About the role
The Website Coordinator supports the effective delivery, maintenance and optimization of EY websites and digital campaigns. The role coordinates web requests, timelines, stakeholders, developers, analytics and reporting to ensure work is delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with agreed priorities and service levels.
What you'll do
- Manage digital projects through development of timelines, task assignment and progress tracking as needed
- Manage the handoff and tracking of web leads
- Liaise with internal teams regarding miscellaneous web requests
- Manage email and web intake requests through the Zendesk ticketing system
- Analyze website traffic and seek opportunities and avenues to optimize performance
