About the role
We are looking for a client-focused technology leader who can shape and deliver Microsoft 365 transformation engagements. The role combines solution leadership, delivery management, stakeholder engagement and team development, with a preference for candidates who have led large-scale migration or modernization programs.
What you'll do
- Lead teams delivering large Microsoft 365 migration and modernization programs for clients across regions
- Lead Microsoft 365 migration and modernization projects across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, workflows and forms
- Provide technical leadership for SharePoint Online, SPFx, Microsoft 365 migrations, Nintex and Power Platform
- Define the delivery approach, estimates, migration waves, resourcing, governance and quality controls
- Lead assessments, identify risks and dependencies, and develop practical migration roadmaps
