About the role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle PBCS/EPBCS Manager having more than 8-9 years of experience with proven expertise in implementing and leading Oracle Planning and Budgeting for financial planning solutions.
What you'll do
- Proven record with a minimum of 8 years in customer-facing implementation projects, particularly in Oracle PBCS/EPBCS is highly preferred
- Design and deploy Financial Reports, Web Forms, Dashboards, Business rules, Smart lists, Management Reports, Security and Approval Workflow
- Work on Data Integration including direct integration between various source systems, file based integrations, Pipelines and Data maps between cubes
- Develop and maintain complex business rules, aggregations, and dynamic calculations while ensuring alignment with best practices
- Collaborate with FP&A to gather requirements, prototype solutions, conduct system testing, and deliver end-user training to ensure smooth implementation and adoption
