About the role
As an Aera Techno-Functional Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of Decision Intelligence solutions, own stakeholder alignment, and guide cross-functional teams from business problem definition through deployment and value realization. The role requires strong solution leadership, data fluency, and hands-on understanding of Aera delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery workshops to define business objectives, decision triggers, personas, KPIs, constraints, actions, and measurable outcomes
- Own end-to-end solution design across data, recommendation logic, workflow, user experience, action enablement, security considerations, testing, deployment, and support
- Guide teams in translating business needs into scalable Aera techno-functional designs and delivery plans
- Review SQL, data mappings, business rules, solution configurations, test evidence, and release readiness for quality and traceability
- Manage client stakeholders, scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive-level communication
