About the role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Platform Engineer to support the design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow administration, configuration, development, integrations, and platform governance, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that meet business requirements.
What you'll do
- Platform Engineering & Administration
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform across development, test, and production environments
- Configure and support platform modules including ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM,Employee Center, custom applications and domain separation
- Ensure platform stability, performance, availability, and security
- Monitor system health and proactively resolve platform issues
