About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow TNI (Telecom Network Inventory) Architect to design, architect, and implement telecom and network infrastructure solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
What you'll do
- Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for telecom/network inventory (TNI)
- Design scalable solutions using CMDB & CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and TSOM/TNI
- Lead implementation of ITSM, ITOM, and telecom modules
- Model telecom/network services (L1/L2/L3, circuits, devices)
- Architect integrations with NMS, EMS, OSS/BSS systems
