About the role

Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server OS (2016/2019/2022) . Handle, escalated L2 issues from L1 teams and provide root cause analysis (RCA) with corrective and preventive actions. Perform daily server health checks , performance tuning, and capacity monitoring . Conduct server provisioning , disk and storage management.

What you'll do

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server OS (2016/2019/2022)
• Handle, escalated L2 issues from L1 teams and provide root cause analysis (RCA) with corrective and preventive actions
• Perform daily server health checks , performance tuning, and capacity monitoring
• Conduct server provisioning , disk and storage management
• Perform backup and restore operations using enterprise backup tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, NetBackup)
