About the role
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, document processes, and support the development and implementation of software solutions.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather and prioritize requirements, and facilitate consensus among stakeholders
- Perform business process analysis and modeling to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams
- Work closely with project managers, architects, developers, and QA engineers to ensure that solutions meet business needs and quality standards
