About the role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master who will play a key role in driving Agile practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the development team is well-supported and focused on delivering high-quality solutions. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of AWS and cloud-based solutions, helping guide the team in leveraging AWS tools and services to enhance product development.
What you'll do
- Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices
- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and helping teams stay focused and productive
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the development team
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication of goals, progress, and dependencies
