About the role
Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach and mentor Scrum team members on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies. Remove impediments and foster an environment conducive to team collaboration and productivity.
What you'll do
- Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and refine requirements
- Track and report on project progress, identifying risks and dependencies
- Serve as a liaison between the development team and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions and document user stories, business processes, and functional specifications
