Shopify Frontend & Backend development experience with strong focus on frontend. At least1 year experience in Shopify theme development and customization. Expert in Liquid, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5 CSS, AJAX, JSON, ReactJS and DOM Experience implementing and debugging 3rd party Shopify apps Responsible for Incident Management, Service request management, Problem management and enhancements for their respective brands
What you'll do
- Responsible for Incident Management, Service request management, Problem management and enhancements for their respective brands
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve issues
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Work on creating SOP's for incidents / requests that can be resolved by L1 team driving up First call resolution
