About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistic Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for managing import and export logistics operations, coordinating shipments across air, sea, and road transportation modes, and ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations.
What you'll do
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations for domestic and international shipments
- Manage import/export documentation, customs clearance activities, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Track air, sea, and road shipments and provide timely status updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers (CHA), transporters, shipping lines, and suppliers to ensure smooth shipment execution
- Maintain shipment records, logistics trackers, and MIS reports
