About the role
The R&M - Supervisor is responsible for driving the implementation and execution of Weatherford's Repair & Maintenance strategy for service assets and tooling. The role focuses on standardizing repair and maintenance processes, optimizing inventory and asset utilization, improving operational efficiency, and implementing cost-effective repair solutions across global operations.
What you'll do
- Lead the implementation and execution of Weatherford's global Repair & Maintenance strategy across multiple locations
- Assess and evaluate existing R&M processes and identify opportunities to standardize and harmonize practices globally
- Drive LEAN initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency and reduce fulfillment costs
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Line teams to introduce modern repair technologies and best practices
- Ensure effective planning, scheduling, and deployment of repair and maintenance resources
