What you'll do
- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle: requisition intake, job posting, sourcing, application review, initial screening, interview coordination, feedback follow-up
- Develop sourcing strategies suited to a startup SaaS environment and build relevant talent pipelines through appropriate channels and direct outreach
- Screen candidates for role-relevant capability, experience, communication, motivation, and fit with the confirmed requirements
- Coordinate interviews efficiently, communicate expectations clearly, and ensure feedback and decisions are captured promptly
- Partner with stakeholders on evidence-based shortlisting and hiring decisions while constructively challenging unclear or inconsistent criteria
