What you'll do
- Coordinate international export shipments from India to the United States and other global destinations
- Support India domestic transportation operations and manage imports operations
- Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation, including CI, PL, COO, EVD, SDF, SCOMET, SLI, AWB, BL/SWB, Shipping Bill documentation, BOE, and E-way bills
- Arrange shipment bookings and pickups with courier companies, freight forwarders, airlines, shipping lines, and transport partners across air, sea, and road
- Monitor cargo transit and ensure on-time delivery while proactively resolving shipment delays or logistics issues
