What you'll do
- Coordinate international import courier shipments for U.S. operations through carriers such as UPS and FedEx
- Monitor shipment movement and resolve delivery delays, customs holds, and clearance-related issues
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely shipment execution
- Review shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, HTS classifications, and supporting customs documentation
- Follow up with carrier brokerage teams regarding entry corrections, duty-related issues, and shipment escalations
