About the role
We are seeking a Pega Decisioning Consultant with hands-on experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to design and implement intelligent decisioning solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building real-time decisioning strategies, next-best-action (NBA) frameworks, and customer engagement journeys leveraging Pega CDH capabilities.
What you'll do
- Design, configure, and implement Pega CDH solutions to support customer engagement and personalization initiatives
- Develop and manage Next-Best-Action (NBA) and Next-Best-Offer (NBO) strategies
- Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into decisioning logic and strategies
- Configure decisioning components such as propositions, engagement policies, predictive models, and adaptive models
- Integrate Pega CDH with external data sources and channels (web, mobile, CRM, etc.)
