What you'll do
- Be responsible for message processing, technical incident management, service- and change request management as well as problem management and root cause analysis
- Be performing installation, patching and upgrade activities
- Be responsible for performance monitoring and tuning, backup and restore as well as recovery procedures
- Ensure high availability of the systems including disaster recovery setup
- Providing technical expertise and support in optimizing System Operation/ System Architecture
