About the role
Represent Annapurna and the branch vis-à-vis customers and the local community. Identify potential area & customers, conduct regular meetings at the assigned area with the BM and form new SHG (Self Help Group)/JLG (Joint Liability Group). Ensure quality of loan application as per the loan policies and procedures.
What you'll do
- Identify potential area & customers, conduct regular meetings at the assigned area with the BM and form new SHG (Self Help Group)/JLG (Joint Liability Group)
- Ensure quality of loan application as per the loan policies and procedures
- Prepare weekly plan in advance for disbursing to the manage groups and submit it to the BM
- Follow recovery policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and brand recognition
What you need
- MIS reporting
