Assistant Manager - Architect

About the role

Prepare detailed architectural drawings and high-quality construction documentation with precision. ( if required ) Coordinate closely with Design Architect throughout both design and construction phases to ensure alignment with expectations. Undertake regular and full-day on-site visits to monitor progress, supervise execution, and ensure compliance with design specifications.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to defined timelines
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and high-quality construction documentation with precision. ( if required )
• Coordinate closely with Design Architect throughout both design and construction phases to ensure alignment with expectations
• Ensure that all on-site work is executed strictly in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards
• Oversee projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery of high-quality, innovative, and functional architectural outcomes
