About the role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Backend Executive who is willing to travel across our hospital branches in Delhi. The candidate will support backend operations, front desk activities, MIS reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth branch operations.
What you'll do
- Travel to different hospital branches across Delhi as per operational requirements
- Support front desk operations, including patient registration, appointment coordination, and visitor assistance
- Maintain and organize patient files and administrative records
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation in the Hospital Management System (HMS) and Excel
