About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Foreign Trade Compliance Executive to handle import and export-related banking compliances, specifically IDPMS (Import Data Processing and Monitoring System) and EDPMS (Export Data Processing and Monitoring System).
What you'll do
- Handle day-to-day IDPMS activities related to import transactions and EDPMS activities related to export transactions
- Monitor outstanding import and export entries and ensure timely follow-up for closure
- Coordinate with banks for IDPMS and EDPMS entries, document submission, and resolution of pending cases
- Ensure timely submission and tracking of import documents, including Bills of Entry, wherever applicable
- Coordinate with the export team and banks for export-related documents, shipping bill details, and realization status
