About the role
Draft, review, and vet Development Agreements, MOUs, Term Sheets, LOIs, Conveyance Deeds, POAs, and other legal documents. Support the BD team during society meetings, negotiations, and project finalization. Coordinate with societies, landlords, consultants, advocates, and government authorities. Provide legal risk assessment for redevelopment opportunities and new projects.
What you'll do
- Handle legal matters related to redevelopment and land acquisition projects
- Conduct title due diligence and verification of property-related documents
- Draft, review, and vet Development Agreements, MOUs, Term Sheets, LOIs, Conveyance Deeds, POAs, and other legal documents
- Support the BD team during society meetings, negotiations, and project finalization
- Coordinate with societies, landlords, consultants, advocates, and government authorities
